1. Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid identity proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in as per government regulations.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Our standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and booking dates. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our standard timelines.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests and staff. Hotel Comfort World is a family-oriented hotel. Illegal activities, loud noise, or behavior that disturbs others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Pure Vegetarian Policy

Hotel Comfort World maintains a strict pure vegetarian environment. Outside non-vegetarian food is not permitted within the hotel premises or guest rooms.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our guests, the hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes or the front desk for valuable items.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadiad, Gujarat.
